Gyvlon is made by Anhydritec and has been in the UK for over 20 years — you'll see it on almost every major residential development where UFH is designed in. There's a good reason for that: it flows well, sets predictably, and there's a mix in the range for almost every build-up.
We install the full Gyvlon range. The one you'll usually see specified is Gyvlon Thermio+ — the high-conductivity mix engineered specifically for UFH — but Gyvlon Screed and Gyvlon Screed Fibre both have their place too.

Insulation & DPM
PIR or EPS insulation, taped DPM, all joints sealed.

UFH pipework
Clipped down to grid, pressure-tested to 6 bar and left under pressure through the pour.

Datum & foam
Perimeter foam strip, laser datum pins to finish level.

Pump day
Volumetric mixer or ready-mix, static mixer, hose fed through property, ~100m² per hour output.

Dapple & spike-roll
Two crossed dappling passes, spike-roll to de-aerate.

Commissioning heat
First heat cycle after 7 days if programme demands, otherwise 21 days per Anhydritec guidance.
