What changes the price
Screed depth
Standard UFH pour is 50–65mm. Going below 35mm or above 80mm changes the mix and price.
Underfloor heating
UFH pours need careful edge insulation, pipe checks and dewatering — typically £2–£4/m² added.
Subfloor prep
Insulation boards, polythene and edge foam are usually included; rotten boards or uneven slabs add cost.
Site access
Pump reach matters. Tight rural sites near Tiverton or Honiton may need a longer pipe run or relay.
Travel from Exeter
Within 30 miles (Exmouth, Sidmouth, Newton Abbot, Taunton) — no surcharge. Plymouth or Lyme Regis edge — small mobilisation fee.
