Cemfloor Therm — The Enhanced-Conductivity Cemfloor
The upgraded Cemfloor mix that's now the default for passive-house and heat-pump-led builds.
Cemfloor Therm is a modified Cemfloor mix designed for high thermal conductivity — around 2.4 W/mK vs 2.0 for standard.
That extra conductivity matters when the heat source is a heat pump running low flow temperatures (35–40°C), or when the building's heat demand is low and response time matters.
