Most of the floor screeding we do is domestic: a rear extension going in, a garage turned into a bedroom, a barn conversion, or a full self-build where every ground floor room is heated from below. The requirement is nearly always the same, a level floor that takes underfloor heating well and gives the tiler or flooring fitter a clean surface to work on.
A liquid screed suits homes because it is pumped rather than barrowed. The hose runs through the front door, the mix flows into each room, and a house sized pour is usually finished within a morning rather than spread over a week of hand laying.

Perimeter foam, membrane taped and sealed, pipework checked, laser datum set room by room.

Pump sits on the drive or road, hose is fed through the house, each room is poured and finished in turn.

Living with the house during the work
Domestic pours happen in occupied homes more often than people expect. We plan hose routes to keep mess off finished decoration, protect stair treads and door frames, and clear down before we leave.
The floor cannot be walked on straight away, so we agree beforehand which rooms you need access to and, where the layout allows, phase the pour so the house stays usable.
