Retail fit-outs run to the day. The screed goes down after the M&E first fix, and the floor covering follows within two weeks or the opening slips.
We pour to SR1 so the LVT or ceramic tile lays cleanly, and we force-dry the slab to hit the shopfitter's timeline.
