Liquid Screed for Gyms & Fitness Studios
Different gym zones need different floor build-ups. We spec each zone from lifting platform to studio.
A CrossFit box wants a slab that shrugs off dropped 60kg dumbbells. A hot-yoga studio wants a heated floor at 30°C. A functional-training area wants dead-flat SR1 for rubber tiles.
We work through the zone plan and spec the pour build-up accordingly — same day, different mixes and depths where needed.
Zone-by-zone spec
- Lifting platforms: rigid deck + rubber over — screed not usually the impact layer
- Free-weights area: 50mm Cemfloor + rubber tiles
- Cardio: 50mm Cemfloor + LVT
- Yoga / hot yoga: 50mm Cemfloor with wet UFH — 27–30°C floor temp
