Liquid Screed for Schools & Classrooms
Six-week summer window, twenty classrooms, one budget. We plan the whole programme so the school opens on time.
Schools screed in the summer holidays or not at all. That means the whole programme — strip out, insulation, UFH, screed, dry, floor covering — has to fit in six weeks.
We plan the pour sequence with the M&E contractor and floor covering team so the last classroom is ready 48 hours before term starts.
Summer programme

What we bring to a school programme

- Force-drying so vinyl can bond inside four weeks
- SR1 for large-format vinyl in halls
