For volume housebuilders
Liquid Screed for New-Build Housing Developers
We work to your build programme — booked plot-by-plot, poured before the roof is watertight, dry in time for first fix.
Developers don't need a sales pitch — they need pours that hit the programme without slipping the plaster, tiler or kitchen fitter behind them. That's what this page is about.
Every site we run for a housebuilder gets a named contact, a rolling plot schedule, and daily pour reports so the site manager knows what's dry, what's trafficable, and what's ready for follow-on trades.
How we run a developer site
- 1
Plot schedule sign-off
We take the build programme and lock pour dates against watertight-plus-UFH milestones for each plot.
- 2
Pump-day logistics
One pump can handle 6–10 plots a day. We batch by phase so the site isn't blocked.
- 3
Daily dry-down reports
Site manager gets a per-plot readiness update — trafficable, tile-ready, moisture-tested.
- 4
Handover
SR1 flatness signed off with a straight-edge log per plot for your QA file.
