Dental chairs bolt to a flat, level floor. If the substrate isn't right, every chair install goes over programme.
Dental fit-outs are unforgiving. The chair, the cabinetry and the welded vinyl all assume a substrate that's SR1 flat and moisture-tested.
We pour that substrate first time, so the chair installer isn't shimming and the flooring team isn't welding over lippage.
Fit-out sequence

Strip out
Existing floor lifted, slab prepared.

Compliant build-up
DPM, insulation if extending, service ducts formed.

Pour
Cemfloor to SR1, one day per surgery.

Dry & test
Force-dried, moisture test at 10 days.

Hand off
Flooring contractor lays welded vinyl over an SR1 substrate.
