Liquid Screed for Office Fit-Outs & Cat-B Refurbs
Office floors either sit under a raised access system or under carpet tile. Both need a clean, level substrate. We deliver either.
Cat-B office fit-outs usually meet screed in two places: the perimeter of a raised access floor, or the substrate for carpet tile in open-plan areas.
We pour both — clean cast lines to the RAF perimeter, SR1 flatness under carpet tile so the joints don't telegraph.
Where we fit in a Cat-B programme
- Pour after M&E first fix, before partitions
- Cast around cast-in floor boxes for power and data
- Match FFL exactly to the RAF datum
- Force-dry to carpet-tile installer's spec
